We want every homeowner who reaches out to Cornerequity Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Cornerequity Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
